Acceptance of Terms

All website visitors, clients, and users are responsible for reading all terms and conditions contained herein. By continued use of the website, content and service, you agree to all terms and conditions. 

We respect your privacy and want you to understand how we collect, use, and share data about you.  By giving us your email or any personal information, with or without purchase, you agree to all the terms of the Privacy and Data Policy and the Terms of Use on this page. You shouldn’t use any of our sites or purchase any of our products if you don’t agree with this Privacy and Data Policy, the Terms of Use, or any other agreement that governs your use of our sites or programs.

You can lodge any complaints with us via email, or request to be removed from our email lists, phone lists, or advertising targeting, too.

We will not share any information that is provided by any user except by lawful demand of a court or legal authority with a court order, or for the facilitation of the payment process to the third-party payment processor. Users understand that they have the right to delete their account at any time and change any information to update the system where required, such as with updated financial details. We are not responsible for any privacy relating to the use of any third-party site, including but not limited to YouTube, PayPal,  Pwer, Wix, MailChimp, Survey Monkey, Google, or other social platforms.

The only information we hold on to is the information you provide for the purpose of the process. When you submit information to us or visit any of our Sites, we use it in an ongoing nature to ensure you receive the information or purchases you’ve made with us, to deliver relevant future content via our email newsletters, to track how much you use our Sites or services, and to make future offers through our company or any other company that is involved in delivering your purchases, bonuses or content. By giving us your contact information at any time, you are granting us the right to contact you in the future in any manner necessary at our discretion for ongoing personal and professional development. We will attempt to keep the question and answer service running at all times but are not responsible for any loss of service that may happen as a result of using one or more third-party sites.

Users are specifically prohibited from copying or distributing any portion of this channel without the express written consent of the owner and will not deconstruct the code to which the question and answer tool are formed for any purpose.

Payment

Users confirm that they are legally allowed to use the payment methods which they submit. All payments will be processed by third-party providers in line with your payment choice. When you submit information to us, then, we use it in an ongoing nature to ensure you receive the information or purchases you’ve made with us, to deliver relevant future content via our newsletters, and to make future offers through our company or any other company that is involved in delivering your purchases.

Refunds

Users understand that their only recourse to a refund is in a case where a question is submitted, and no answer is received within 10 days of submission, or if a user is charged for more questions than those which are submitted. Users understand that any advice will be subjective, and the usefulness of any advice is at the reader’s discretion. 

Response

Responses to all questions within a fourteen (14) day time frame and at all times, as soon as possible.

We have no responsibility to provide users with any follow up to any answer in which another question might arise. Users are advised to submit a new question each time.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States Of America. Any court action which any user might take must be filed in this jurisdiction and not on their own if their own is a different jurisdiction. 

We are committed to protecting your privacy and security, and have explained in detail the steps we take to do so. We control these Sites from offices in the United States of America. We do not represent that materials on the Sites are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Persons who choose to access these Sites from other locations do so on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent that local laws are applicable.

Outside Sites Privacy Policies May Be Different than our Sites may contain links to other websites, like our sponsor’s websites or links to booksellers, that may offer products or services that our customers might find useful. Users of our Sites hereby understand that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented on the Sites are copyrighted and proprietary, so users agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from our information in any manner whatsoever without our express written permission. Any unauthorized use or distribution of our Sites proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited and Promoter will pursue legal action and full damages if these terms are violated in order to protect its rights.

No Professional Advice

The information contained in or made available through the Sites (including but not limited to information contained on message boards, in text files, or in chats) cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, financial, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal matters.
